Dress Like Mommy, operated by FKG Trading LLC, is an online-only store. Our products are produced and shipped to you by trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners, many of them located outside the United States. Please review the shipping method, price and any delivery estimate shown at checkout before placing your order. A friendly overview is on our Shipping info page.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries and regions shown at checkout. If checkout shows a shipping method for your address, we can deliver there. If your destination is not available, email info@dresslikemommy.com before ordering. P.O. Box, APO/FPO and freight-forwarding addresses depend on carrier options and may not be supported.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is included in product prices for countries and regions where a standard method is available. Checkout shows the exact method, any express upgrade and its price before payment.

Processing time

We ship every order within 5 business days after payment is confirmed; most orders ship in about 3. "Shipped" means handed to the carrier with tracking. Orders held for payment or address verification ship within 5 business days after verification is complete.

Delivery times

• If checkout shows a delivery estimate for your address, it is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs clearance, carrier volume, weather, holidays and local conditions can add time, especially from November to January.
• Orders with several items may be shipped in more than one parcel and arrive on different days.
• If you need an order by a specific date, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether it is realistic.

If we cannot ship your order within 5 business days, we will email you before that time ends with a revised shipping date (or tell you if we cannot give one). You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund, issued within 7 working days (for card payments, within one billing cycle).

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships. New tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours, sometimes longer on international routes, to show the first scan. Track your parcel on our Track your order page or through the order status link in your email.

Shipping address

You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. Address changes can only be made before the order ships; email us within 24 hours of ordering. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was refused or not collected, we can reship it at your cost, or refund the items once the parcel is back with us, less the return shipping cost we were charged, which we will tell you, except where the law requires a full refund.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, brokerage and customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless checkout shows they are included. We cannot predict these charges, mark orders as gifts, or declare a lower value, because customs declarations must be accurate.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days after it shipped, email us your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will reship the items or refund them.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check around your property, with neighbors and building reception, and wait 48 hours, because carriers sometimes scan early. Then report it to us within 14 days of the delivery scan and we will file a claim with the carrier and help you through it. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided. For consumers in the EU and UK, risk passes only when you, or a person you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Any replacement or refund for a parcel confirmed as delivered depends on the outcome of the carrier investigation, except where the law requires otherwise.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel or items arrive damaged, take photos of the packaging and the items and tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, so we can open a carrier claim. Later reports are still accepted in line with your legal rights. See our Refund Policy.
