Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your family to love your matching outfits! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of stains, pet hair, perfume, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@dresslikemommy.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day
  3. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping address
  4. Ship the item(s) back in their original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You'll receive an email confirming we received your item
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us at info@dresslikemommy.com with your order number and we'll help you get the right item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
  3. Contact your bank — there may be additional processing time
  4. Email us at info@dresslikemommy.com and we'll investigate

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
