At Dress Like Mommy, we want your matching outfits to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states + territories)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Note: During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:

  • United States: 7–15 business days (standard) | 5–7 business days (express, where available)
  • Canada: 10–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
  • Australia: 12–25 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or local conditions.

How Our Shipping Works

We partner with trusted international shipping carriers to deliver your order. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Order Placed — You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately
  2. Order Processing — We prepare and quality-check your items (1–3 business days)
  3. Shipped — You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number
  4. In Transit — Track your package using the link in your email
  5. Delivered — Your matching outfits arrive at your door!

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware:

  • Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery
  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
  • Contact your local customs office for more information

Shipping Issues

Package not arrived? If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for the latest status
  2. Allow 2–3 extra business days (delays happen, especially during busy seasons)
  3. Contact us at info@dresslikemommy.com if your order is significantly delayed

Wrong address? Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address before shipping.

Damaged or missing items? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of any damage. We’ll work with you to make it right.
